By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

2) Handcrafted nature & Product variations

  • Handmade Variations: All ceramic items are handcrafted. Due to the nature of handmade ceramics and individual glazing processes, subtle variations in size, color, shape, texture, and pattern are inherent to the art. These unique characteristics are not considered defects.

  • Product Representations: We attempt to display the colors and details of our products as accurately as possible. However, actual colors may vary slightly depending on your monitor settings or screen display.

3) orders, pricing & product availability

  • Pricing & Modifications: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any item or service at any time.

  • Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to limit or refuse any order placed with us. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the email or billing contact details provided at the time the order was made.

  • Shop Drops / Restocks: Placing an item in your cart does not reserve or guarantee purchase until checkout is fully completed and confirmed

4) Shipping, Handling & Breakage

  • Shipping Addresses: You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrectly provided addresses.

  • Damaged Items in Transit: While we package ceramics securely for shipping, fragile items can occasionally sustain damage during transit. If your piece arrive broken or damaged:

    • Contact us within 48 hours of package delivery.

    • Include clear photos showing the damaged item, the shipping box, and packaging materials.

    • We will work with you to provide a replacement (if available/feasible) or a store credit/refund.

5) Returns & Exchanges

Because we produce small-batch, handmade items, all sales are final unless otherwise stated in our shop’s separate Return Policy or in cases of damage during shipping.

6) Intellectual Property & Copyright

All content on this Site—including artwork, product designs, character creations, photography, text, logos, and graphics—is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

  • You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of our artwork, designs, or products without express written permission from us.

7) Third-Party links & Services

Our Site is hosted by Squarespace, and third-party services (such as payment gateways and shipping carriers) are used to fulfill orders. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy of third-party tools or websites and are not liable for any third-party materials or services.

8) studio policies & personal privacy

To protect creator privacy and focus on production, private studio visits and in-person tours are not hosted unless explicitly arranged for scheduled pickup options or public studio events.

9) limitation of liability

We do not guarantee, represent, or warrant that your use of our Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wee Witch Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products purchased through the Site.

10) governing law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New York.
