  • New collections are released in small batches throughout the year. Between updates, hands are hard at work shaping clay! When the shop is password-protected, it just means final preparations are underway for an upcoming drop. Sign up for the newsletter at the bottom of the page to get restock announcements first.

  • Creation follows inspiration, so pieces evolve organically! If a piece speaks to you during a drop, grab it while it’s here—it might never be made again in that exact form.

  • Every piece is either, hand-thrown or hand sculpted, and hand-glazed. Natural variations in shape, size, color, and glaze texture are part of the magic of handmade ceramics—your piece is truly one of a kind!

  • Custom commissions are considered on a case-by-case basis depending on studio capacity. Reach out via the contact page with your ideas!

  • Please use the website contact page for all order inquiries. Messages sent via social media DMs can be missed! Responses typically arrive within 1-2 business days.

Caring for your work

Although these pieces are made to last for many years, please use care. All handmade pottery can be fragile in nature, and Wee Witch Studios cannot be held responsible for breaks in the future. Feel free to reach out with any further care questions or concerns at any time!

  • Every piece crafted for dining or sipping is made with 100 percent food-safe glazes. Decorative items will clearly state if they aren’t intended for food. Check each item’s individual description to be sure!

  • While pieces are microwave and dishwasher (top-shelf only) friendly, treat them like delicate magical artifacts! Gentle, non-abrasive handwashing is strongly recommended to protect glazes over time. Avoid thermal shock: don’t put cold pieces directly into a hot over, run icy water over hot clay, or use them in high-hear baking unless specifically marked oven-safe.

Shipping, packaging & studio visits

  • Packages fly to all 50 US states and US territories. At this time, shipping is not offered outside of the United States.

  • Each piece is cushioned in sustainable materials like tissue, recyclable paper honeycomb, and biodegradable cornstarch packing peanuts (which magically dissolve in water!). Packaging is finished with ribbon for a special touch.

  • Fragile pottery needs extra layers of love and padding to arrive safely, which increases package weight and size. Shipping rates are kept completely transparent to cover labels and eco-friendly supplies without inflating product prices.

  • Orders are packed by a one-woman team in the order received. Please allow 5-7 business days for order processing. Once shipped, domestic delivery usually takes 1-2 weeks. You’ll receive a tracking confirmation email as soon as you box begins its journey!

  • Local pickup is currently not available, and all orders are shipped directly to your provided address. To protect personal privacy and focus on creating, private studio tours are not hosted.

orders, issues & mishaps

  • If an item arrives broken, please send a clear photo within 48 hours via the contact page to arrange a solution! Once a package leaves the studio, carrier delays, loss, or theft are out of personal control—for lost or stolen parcels, please file a claim directly with the shipping provider.

  • Please, please, please double-check details before placing an order! If a package returns to the studio:

    1. Pay the re-shipping fee to send it to the correct address.

    2. Receive a refund for the item’s cost (minus original shipping costs), provided the piece returns undamaged.
